yoga and cook



I found that my lifestyle made my health. I need to sleep more than 6 hours to start a nice day. After eating too much or drinking too much I get terrible stomachache (It's seriously terrible. Everything in my body goes out.).
When I was under 20, short sleep or bad foods didn't bother me. But now, I'm not teenage, haha.

These are reasons I try to be healthy. In these days, I run 2 or 3 times in a week (only 2km haha), and try yoga poses. I changed my daily meals.
These challenges make me feel good!

Here's my favourite yoga channel on Youtube. Many many yoga movies are on Youtube and they are really helpful for me.
